Did you work for Erith Limited in the 1990s?

At Asbestos Justice, we are currently dealing with a mesothelioma claim for a client who alleges that he was regularly exposed to asbestos dust when working for Erith Limited, an asbestos removal firm based in Erith, Kent.

We are looking to trace witnesses who worked for the company between approximately 1995/96 and 1997/98 as asbestos strippers and, in particular, any workers who worked on contracts for the company in France.

We are looking to recover mesothelioma compensation for our client to cover potential private immunotherapy treatment. Any help you can offer would be gratefully received.

Cape Asbestos Exposure throughout the 1970s

We are currently assisting a client in an asbestosis claim, arising out of heavy exposure to asbestos he suffered when working for various Cape companies during the 1970s into the early 1980s. He was employed as chargehand lagger with Cape Insulation Limited, Cape Insulation and Asbestos Products Limited, Cape Contracts Limited (now known as Somewatch Limited) and Cape PLC which continues to trade to this day under the name of Cape Intermediate Holdings Limited.

Witness evidence we have obtained in support of the asbestosis claim confirms that our client was very heavily exposed to asbestos dust when working for these companies at various power stations including Rugeley, Stoke-on-Trent, Atherstone, Castle Donnington, Leicester and Faslane Base in Scotland.

If you are able to provide a description of the working conditions at these locations or if you worked for any of the listed Cape companies during the relevant time, please do get in touch to assist.

Assistance Required in Mesothelioma Claim against the Constantine Group

We have recently taken on a claim for mesothelioma compensation for a client who sadly lost his father to the condition back in 2017. Other law firms have attempted to run the claim without success in the past but we have recently uncovered further evidence of the deceased’s exposure to asbestos.

This occurred between approximately 1966 and 1970/71 during the course of his employment with Neale & Wilkinson Limited and Constantine Forwarding Limited which was a wholly owned subsidiary of the Constantine Group Limited.

The deceased was exposed to asbestos when unloading bags of asbestos powder off lorries in the company’s warehouse on the Rippleside Commercial Estate, Ripple Road, Barking, Essex.

Evidence we have obtained in support of the claim for mesothelioma compensation on behalf of the deceased’s estate confirms that the Constantine group had many different wings, including shipping. When there was a Dockers’ strike, the warehouse and storage section of the group stepped in to assist, resulting in the deceased suffering exposure to harmful amounts of airborne asbestos dust.

If you have any information which could assist our client in pursuing justice in memory of his late father, please go get in contact on the number below.
