We have been instructed to deal with a mesothelioma claim for a client who was exposed to airborne asbestos dust when working for a Cape Asbestos subsidiary company known as Union Fibre Pipes Limited in Harefield, Middlesex between 1964 and 1972. We understand that asbestos pipes were delivered to this site from Cape Universal Building Product’s site on Tolpits Lane, Watford. We are looking to trace any delivery drivers who worked for the latter named company as well as those who worked on the factory floor for Union Pipes on production. Apprentice carpenter exposed to asbestos with G P Burt Limited, can you assist?
We are currently dealing with a claim for mesothelioma compensation for a client who was diagnosed with the terminal asbestos-related cancer this year. Whilst we have obtained helpful witness evidence in support of the mesothelioma claim, we are looking to speak to others who worked for G P Burt Limited based in Corfe Mullen, East Dorset between Easter of 1966 and October of 1971.
In particular we would like to speak to any carpenters or fellow apprentices of our client.
Help needed in pleural thickening claim
We are looking to trace witnesses to assist in a claim for pleural thickening compensation for our client who was regularly exposed to substantial quantities of asbestos dust when working for J & E Hall, Dartford, Kent as a service engineer between 1956 and 1963/64 approximately.
Our client worked out of the company’s London depot on Silex Street, London, SE1 and was regularly involved in removing old refrigeration equipment and asbestos sheeting at cold stores on the London docks. He suffered substantial exposure to airborne asbestos dust when ripping out the insulation, without adequate breathing protection being provided to him by his employer.
