How Exposure Happened
Mr D’s brother worked for decades as an industrial window cleaner for C J Lewis & Sons, between 1974/75 and 2001. The Devastating Diagnosis
For most of his life, Mr D’s brother was healthy. But in December 2022, a persistent cough led him to his GP. Initially treated as a simple chest infection, further investigations revealed mesothelioma.
Despite medical intervention, including fluid drainage from his lung, his condition deteriorated rapidly, and he passed away just months later.
Taking Legal Action
